For the 14 pt. Gloss paper stock, a High Gloss UV Coating will be applied to the color sides, unless High Gloss UV Coating Front Only is selected. High Gloss UV Coating will not be applied to the back if you select Grayscale Back or Blank Back. High Gloss UV Coating makes the products more durable, so your postcards will last longer. You cannot write or print on products with High Gloss UV Coating.
Our High Gloss UV Coating Front Only option may produce variation in color and brightness between the front and back of your product.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after production. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Standard production is 2–4 business days from order confirmation and artwork approval. Rush production (1 business day) is available for select products.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on correctly produced items. If your order has a defect or error on our part, we offer a free reprint or full refund. See our Refund Policy page for details.

For custom orders, we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Standard products with uploaded artwork are reviewed by our team but do not require a formal proof step unless requested.

We use state-of-the-art digital printing (eco-solvent, UV, and latex) for signs and large-format work, and high-speed offset/digital presses for business cards, brochures, and flyers.

Yes. Our outdoor signs use UV-resistant inks and weatherproof materials designed to withstand rain, sun, and wind. Most outdoor signs last 3–5 years with proper care.
