We offer a wide range including vinyl banners, yard signs, acrylic signs, metal signs, business cards, flyers, brochures, vehicle wraps, truck lettering, wall art, posters, stickers, and custom signage for indoor and outdoor use.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after production. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Standard production is 2–4 business days from order confirmation and artwork approval. Rush production (1 business day) is available for select products.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on correctly produced items. If your order has a defect or error on our part, we offer a free reprint or full refund. See our Refund Policy page for details.
You can browse products without an account, but you'll need to create one (or log in) at checkout to complete your purchase, track orders, and manage your address book.
Pricing is based on size, material, quantity, and any finishing options (grommets, pole pockets, lamination, etc.). Use the price calculator on each product page to see real-time pricing.
We currently do not offer on-site installation. However, most of our products come with easy-to-follow installation instructions. For large projects, we can recommend local installation partners.
Typical production time is 2–4 business days after proof approval. We also offer rush options at checkout for faster turnaround.

Yes! You can upload your own artwork in common formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS). Our team will review your file and contact you if any adjustments are needed before printing.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page at bjsignworld.com/track by entering your order number or tracking number.
For custom orders, we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Standard products with uploaded artwork are reviewed by our team but do not require a formal proof step unless requested.

Vinyl banners come with grommets (metal eyelets) at the corners and edges. Use zip ties, rope, or bungee cords to attach the banner to a fence, railing, or banner stand. For windy areas, we recommend adding wind slits.
Absolutely! Our free design consultation is included with every order. Our team can help refine your vision, choose materials, and ensure your design is print-ready.
Yes! We offer volume discounts on large orders. Contact our sales team at info@bjsignworld.com with your requirements for a custom quote.
We accept PDF (preferred), PNG, JPG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, and PSD files. For best results, submit vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI or higher.
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for large orders — contact us to discuss options.
We use state-of-the-art digital printing (eco-solvent, UV, and latex) for signs and large-format work, and high-speed offset/digital presses for business cards, brochures, and flyers.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

No minimum order quantity for most products — you can order as few as one item. Some bulk-only products may have minimums noted on the product page.
Clean with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or power washers. Store flat when not in use. For vinyl banners, roll them rather than folding to prevent crease marks.
We offer 80 lb and 100 lb paper options with various finishes including uncoated, matte, and glossy. Request a free sample kit to compare them in person.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Yes, our in-house design team can create custom artwork for your signs and printed materials. Design services may have an additional charge depending on complexity. Contact us for a quote.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination. The carrier is selected automatically for the best rate and delivery time.
Log in to your account, go to My Account → Addresses, and update your default shipping address. You can also add a new address during checkout.
Yes! Our pricing is already highly competitive for bulk orders. The more cards you order, the lower the per-unit cost.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and SSL encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Depending on the product: corrugated plastic (coroplast), aluminum, acrylic, PVC/foam board, vinyl, fabric, and various paper stocks. Each product page specifies the material used.
Standard shipping is free on most orders. Some oversized or expedited orders may incur additional shipping charges, which are shown at checkout.
Yes. Our outdoor signs use UV-resistant inks and weatherproof materials designed to withstand rain, sun, and wind. Most outdoor signs last 3–5 years with proper care.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Yes! Contact us with your specific dimensions and we'll provide a custom quote. We can produce signs and prints in virtually any size.
